Check the real-time statuses of VA’s public APIs in their sandbox and production environments. Subscribe to updates via email if you would like to receive notifications whenever our developer support team creates, updates, or resolves an incident.

Please note: Major outages are outages that impact all users, no matter the duration. Incident reports are filed for outages that last more than 30 minutes, sporadic outages that cause repeated issues with our APIs, and outages that cause platform-wide impacts. We file updates to incident reports when there is new information to share.
